Hi guys

Help required on this

Weight 3.5g
Size : 24mm

Thankyou

Figleaf

Looks like a Northern Song dynasty cash in cursive writing, perhaps Chun Hua (990-994). However, I have not found an adequate picture to compare with. Also, it gives me a (purely intuitive) case of "too good to be true".

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Manzikert

Northern Sung, Jianzhong period, 1101-1106.

I haven't got my Hartill to hand to give the exact variety (of which there are many), but mine are around 16.377-394.

This one looks OK to me.
