Thank you for posting them <k>. These designs were made for the coinage of Namibia, after the country had become independent in 1990. The Namibian government held a tender. The mints that bid on the tender also supplied proposed designs. The unrealised designs in this topic were submitted by The Royal Mint. The Royal Mint has no information on which artist(s) made these designs.

Following long negotiations involving several Dutch ministries, under strict confidentiality in 2016 I was granted access to the archives of the Royal Dutch Mint that were at that time being edited at a high secure facility of the Ministry of the Interior. Between the archive records concerning the Namibian coin series of 1993, I found the unrealised designs that The Royal Mint had submitted. For some reason, the Namibian government at some point had provided the Royal Dutch Mint these designs of the Royal Mint. Recently the editing process had finished and the archives of the Royal Dutch Mint have become publicly accessible at the Dutch National Archives. The designs can therefore now be shared here.
