Manghir.? Maybe Ottoman..??!? need help, please...

Hello,

Here's what I know about it:  1.3g  ||  12-13mm  ||  Looks greenish - so can be Copper or Silver(Billon)
First picture has good details and the mint with other info should be visible...
Second picture also has somewhat good details, but I have no idea about the orientation of it... so please correct me or the picture... ;)

I got it in a lot of "Islamic Coins"...  there were a couple from the Ottoman Empire, some manghirs...  I was trying to ID it myself, but couldn't match the text to any of the Ottoman coins known to me...
so I ask for your help to ID it...  Thank you in advance and have a pleasant day...!!!  =))
