Sardinian soldo in the name of Philip III of Spain, Cagliari mint

Came with a lot that included French and German coins from 17th century. But this one was not attributed.

Paris has asked our french brothers-in- for their opinion. The profile reminded him of Philip III of Spain. It reminds me of a Haitian dictator and imitation Napoleon. Unfortunately, neither issued coins with a late medieval reverse. The search continues.

We have a prompt and very satisfactory reply from Mr. De Gilley, who identifies the coin as a soldo ND for Sardinia in the name of Philip III of Spain (1598-1621), Cagliari mint, reference Monete Italiane Regionali (MIR) 64. Legends are (capitals are on the coin):

Obverse: PHilippvS Rex ARAgoniae et SARdiniae
Reverse: INIMicos EIVS IHDVAM CONFVSIOne - I will cloth his enemies with shame
