This looks like Ottoman Empire, Denomination - Manghir...  Sorry I can't read the text on it... maybe someone else from here will help you...
Is that a date on the bottom of the second picture...?  AH927 / AH947 ?!?!

Yes, it looks to me like 927, but I couldn't find a match in Zeno.
