Seven dollars ... talk about an unusual denomination.   Since the design seems to be somewhat different from the others, was that some special (maybe commemorative) issue?

Fiji Rugby team ( which has 7 players) won Olympic Gold in 2016 Rio Olympics.
Fiji issued a 7 Dollar note and a 50 cent coin to commemorate this victory.
