Nice specimen, most details are clear. I think this is Dy 377A (1389), as the O in DOMINI and in KAROLVS is round, rather than oval. Plain point is a filled dot, or just dot, as a hollow dot is known as an annulet in British numismatics.

In most cases, Duplessy has beautiful, clear drawings, but he has no illustration for 377A. He does show 377.

Yes, Point 2 is Romans in the period 1389 - 1418.
