I see a figure running to the right. As this is not a Kushan coin, I would propose that the figure is Hanuman. You will be aware that Hanuman occurs on some states' coins in modern times, but this figure is unusually elegant.

Yes, Also there is something in the hand. Some matches includes Medieval Rajputana Coins , Vijay Nagar Empire as well Nayakas of Madurai , Tanjavur etc.  Inscription  looks like in devanagari.
