This silver coin is one of 15 silver coins attached to the chain from which a silver amulet holder (a hollow tube that originally contained a rolled up piece of paper with a prayer or verse from the Qur'an written on it) is suspended.
Was this coin issued by Karim Khan Zand? Any details would be appreciated.
The diameter of the coin is 22 mm.

Yes, it's well a coin of Karim Khan Zand, struck at Tabriz ("dar al-sultanat Tabriz") dated 119? (likely 1190 AH)

What is the denomination of this coin?
According to the diameter, it's probably an abbasi; in this case the weight should be close to 4,5-4,6g
