It is from Persis, and looks like King Vahsir, Van't Haaf type 587, see page 126 on https://issuu.com/cngcoins/docs/catalogue_of_persis_coinage?fr=sZTI0MTcyNjIw

You don't give a weight but I would assume it is a drachm (c.3-3.5 gm)
