Can anyone one place this token ?

The main legend is "PION. KANT. TS", there is also what must be the denomination "5" on each side. Brass, 23mm by 20mm.

German ?

Pioneer's Canteen ?

Military ?

I'd like to know what this is too, since I have something similar, denomination 10. Six-sided brass, 20.2 mm, 2.86 g.

I also guessed something from the Germanosphere, potentially from German East Africa or German SW Africa, but these tokens are not described by Menzel.

I guess Dutch/Dutch colonies is also a possibility.

I think these are German although they are not listed in the Menzel Katlaog (2018 ed.) Pioniere is a regular name for a German army unit. infact there are other canteen tokens for Pioniere listed. The date of issue would be 1871 - 1916. Colonial tokens are also listed by Menzel, which is a Catalog of German Language tokens.

Speculation only, but I think TS stands for the former Prinz Eugen pioneer barracks on Wasserburger Straße in Traunstein.
