It strongly looks like a Mughal Dam. Please help identifying.

Dear Amit and Maythem, you are right, you got me on the right track. It's a Jodhpur Takka in the name of Queen Victoria, Maharaja Takht Singh (1843-1873 AD), as I could verify in KM#71 and in Zeno: https://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=236268. Unfortunately the regnal year is out of flan. Thank you very much for your helpful advice.
