The symbol for 9 o'clock (swan in a rose).
In German :(

1. In 2005 this feature was a discussed in a thread in another forum (waldecker-muenzen).
The specialist for coins of Waldeck had no solution for the "swan" and no specialist for medals or for coins of Weimar wrote something.

Thanks for "investigating"! :) Well, in a religious context I would have guessed that a swan refers to Martin Luther ("per" Jan Hus), but I doubt that would make any sense here. And from what I know, Krischker did not use that "logo" as his artist signature ...

A few words about the "swan in a rose" symbol.
A few days ago, my German colleague Florian went to the library and read an article in Numezmatic Journal 108/109 written by Steguweit (Numismatischen Zeitschrift 2001 (Bd. 108/109) - http://www.coingallery.de/zeitschriften/nz_1.htm#108.

In English: "A plaque created around 1936 was minted later, which shows the individual stages of coin making in the form of a picture story. In the center of the picture Krischker has immortalized himself under his signet (swan) while working on the engraving table (Fig. 16)." Figure 16 shows the following badge (scan of the cover picture of the brochure "Münztechnik"; the white arrow shows the logo).
