Following a strategic review of their business, the Royal Mint has decided that they will no longer support the Sub Post Offices with the supply of coins from The Royal Mint. The existing agreement will cease on 30 November after which these post offices will no longer be able to sell Royal Mint products. There are approximately 11,200 Sub Post Offices in the UK. It appears that only the Crown post offices, of which there are 300 in the UK, will still be able to sell Royal Mint products.
