IPS Jafarabad Kori coin

Hi All,
I would like to know about the following coin. Is this a princely state Jafarabad kori coin? The weight is around 7 grams.
I can only read Badshah Gazhi on obverse and the reverse contains fish scale like design.
If so, do we really consider this as a kori coin?

The reverse is remarkable. I cannot remember having seen it before. As the reverse is decorative, maybe this isn't a coin?
