Oh dear, a warrior so busy showing his muscles that his sword is dangerously close to the family jewels. ;D The piece was designed by Walther Eberbach ("WE" initials). And the text on the value side says O. A. Bezirk Neuenbürg Württ. – back then, in the state of Württemberg a county or district (Kreis) was called "Oberamt", and its territory was an Oberamtsbezirk.
