Sharing my second coin of Queen Nur Jahan of Jahangir.

RY 22 is visible but the AH year is out of the flan.

A very interesting coin. Nur Jahan seems to have been as strong in the mind and in politics as Jahangir was weak in both. Interesting to be able to understand the full text on the coin. It does refer to Nur Jahan, but it also Shah Jahangir. No wonder he adored her. His success hinged on her. India would have been well served with more rulers like Nur Jahan.
