Cape Verde seems to have issued circula ting commemorative coin n as late as 2019.

Well, circulating commemoratives but no regular coins. How important are they?

Are these denominations usually non-standard, like the UK round pounds whose design changed every year?

Angola issued a circulation set of 4 coins in 2012.
Highest denominations was 10 Kwanza.
In 2014, it issued 20 Kwanza circulating commemorative coin.
Thereafter it issued 50 and 100 Kwanza in 2015.
Then in 2022, it issued 200 Kwanza coin.
Like Cape Verde, it has been issuing higher denomination commerative coins in to circulation.
