There is a similar coin listed in Krause, #A112,  Ra'nash mint...

You should never give up hope  it is not Ra'nash but Meshhed
This trotting lion is characteristic; see this post or this other one.

Should have posted the weight, sorry, - 12.4g quite a bit lighter than the other examples.
