Hi Guys!

I'm getting to the end of redoing Canada in my collection (as witnessed by my previous questions), and I made it to the Exonumia part.

I have a silver Royal Visit medal of 1939, and one web site called it "Charlton 252a" What catalog is that? Not in my shiny new 2020 (73rd ed) Charlton circulating issues, or my shinier new 2020 (10th ed) collector coins.

Does this mystery catalog cover all the mint issued medals, as in the title Coronation, Centennial, etc...?

A title and ISBN would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Bob

"Charlton 252a" is to be found in my copy of Charlton from 1970 © 1969 and issued before ISBNs were invented!  ::)

Thanks!  I just dug out my well worn, dog eared, taped up and yellowed copy of my old 1978 (26th) edition. It has a listing without a whole lot of info, and no catalog numbers. Does your '70 have better info details (besides catalog numbers)? If so, I'll go find me one; If not, well, I got enuff old catalogs already.

Thanks again!

Bob

No there are no other details apart from the catalogue numbers.

I have access to 7 editions of the standard catalogue of Charlton and in the earliest of 1994 this listing had already been omitted.
