This should be Kabul mint.

Amazing you could get anything out of this, Maudry. It looks like an overstruck chaotic piece of jumbled confusion to me. How did you conclude Kabul?

I may be wrong though, but with these leaves there are not many possibilities and I believe the "inverted R" stands for Kabul.

Yes, it is likely a falus of Kabul from which a similar "3 leaves" design exists.
With a 90° rotation, I see a flower which gives a coin with 2 reverses ( :D) and consequently no script...
