Regarding the Kit Kat Lido tokens and the location of that lido....

I researched these some time ago... you can see the info somewhere on this page Africa - Tokens of Egypt

This topic has not yet shown the coins of the island of Mombassa, the island of Kilwa, the island of Zanzibar, the islands of Mozambique and perhaps also the island of Mafia, and here is another island, about the coins of which there are many questions: Songo Mnara island (near Kilwa island) in Tanzania

Country Uganda. The only island that I saw in this country on a coin: Ngamba Island

Country of Somalia. Interesting finds, maybe science fiction or maybe not. All these islands are located on the ocean coast next to each other:
