Unusual large, 39 mm, brass casino token with stamped number:

O: CR (monogram) / No 261 (number stamped)
R: 20

Probably a large value, 20 Francs (before 1914) likely from France or Belgium. The CR (or RC) monogram can refer to several casino's. Please let me know your opinion.

The font used for the logo is typical for France and 20 centimes is a denomination often used on French tokens. Many of such tokens carry a sign of the maker. As this one doesn't, you cannot exclude the possibility that it is Swiss (Suisse Romande). It is unusual to see such tokens numbered. It is a bit of a job to number them and it's not clear what good it does.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Because of the size (39 mm) and the stamped number I think the denomination is 20 Francs nstead of 20 centimes. By keeping track of the serial number of tokens issued and turned, in spurious pieces can be detected. Similar to the system used with banknotes. This is worthwhile as 20 Francs is quite a large amount (assuming a pre 1914 date). High value plastic casino tokens often are numbered as well.
