Struck at Qandahar under safavid rule in 1077 AH, last year  of the reign of Shah 'Abbas II or 1st year of Suleyman I (Safi II).
Qandahar has been captured by Shah 'Abbas II in 1058 AH and in 1077, the safavid governor of Qandahar was Mansur Khan, appointed by Shah Abbas II in 1074 AH (1663).

Congratulations, saro. You know how to pick them. The patina brings out the design quite nicely. I often wonder if the die sinkers weren't frustrated that their nice designs were so regularly ruined by uneven flans.
