Interesting way how the legend is presented but I didn't manage to make any sense of it.
Sense: 18mm
Weight: 3.27gr

Unpublished it seems  :) and  difficult to read as letters are somewhat worn, but most of the mintname is present.
A good identification exercise during this difficult period of confinement...
I think I have the clue and will post it later to give some time to those who would like to decipher this coin  ;)

Dear Saro, the mint place is " Fuman فومن  ", it is a rare mint used by Safavids, Tahmasp I , AR Shahi and Isma'il II, AR Two Shahi coins as per attachment (the mint is seen at bottom left).
Fuman " فومن‎ " is the capital of Fuman County in Gilan Province, Iran. Fuman city is also famous for making "Klucheh" which is cookie stuffed with a cinnamon, sugar and walnut filling.

Maythem
Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

Thank you for that Id.
Froé the design I would believe that this coin is more recent than Safavid.

Dear Maythem and Maudry, my conclusions are the same as yours .
First of all, the mint seems well to be "Fuman" , with the legend "فومن  فلوس " starting from bottom (  :applause: Maythem).
Then, I agree with Maudry to say that this coin is likely from  XVIIIth c. two copper coins of Fuman are listed on Zeno but are older than the first  Safavids.
Fuman is close to Rasht, and this coin has been likekely struck at the  same period as the numerous ones of this city : late Safavids or Zands.

If it is confirmed, this civic copper is of great interest and very rare.

Thank you Saro for these additional information.
I think I will post it on zeno and see if I get additional feedback.

Good idea !
Dezful was also a candidate due to  " فو " a common part to the two mintnames, but I eliminate it because the coin appears to have been well centered and that there is no room for the beginning of this  mintname. In addition remains of " من " seem well to be present in center. ("falus is partially cut at top)

I have uploaded it: Zeno - Oriental Coins Database - Civic Copper, flower - Fuman mint
I have put it into the "Help in identification" section where I hope more knowledgeable members may have a look.

The arrangement of the  legend and ornaments shows indeed a great similarity with the Zeno coin; the  7 petals flower on reverse and your 6 petals could be two varieties of a Ghasnain falus? and so, the lower part of the legend  read as " فو " should be a fraction of " falus"...
