Hi my name is Max, today while arranging my coins, this came out.
I do not know if it is a token, or a coin, from the writings it seems to me an Urdu alphabet.
If you can help me, I am very grateful.
Greetings from Italy.

Manzikert

It is a jewellery ornament, the side with three lines of inscription being based on Algerian coins of Mahmud II from the 1830s, but these never have an ornament on the other side like your piece.

Manzikert

It is a very poorly engraved version of mine below. The inscription is in Arabic:

Sultan
Mahmud khan
Azze nasrahu = 'May his victory be glorious'

Thank you so much, but, for you, the coin (or token) it's real or fake?

Manzikert

It is unofficial, intended for jewellery, not a real coin. The real issues have inscriptions both sides and are made of gold.
