Museum Victoria and the American Numismatic Society both have images of some of their collection which are also permissively licensed (free for commercial use) - are there any other sites that provide a decent amount of free to use images of coins?

I found that practically all private historical societies and the vast majority of private collectors are OK with others using their pictures, provided you just give a source. They are often pleasantly surprised if you include a link to their site. Some went out of their way to send me a picture with a much higher resolution. I would consider it normal, polite and pleasant to source pictures, even when not required, so I seldom if ever have to do without what I want.

Nevertheless, WoC and WoT are strictly non-commercial sites. I can imagine that it would be different for commercial users, especially of the owners had paid for the original pictures.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

I haven't found any sites with comprehensive collections like the above two.
