Not sure what your issue is. As far as I can see, the reverse die has shifted somewhat. In modern presses, dies are fixed in a bed with one or another "one click" technique. A die may shift if its bed in the press is dirty, e.g. because slivers of metal have settled on the bed and the minter, rather than cleaning the bed, has forced the die in. Does this address what you wanted to know?
