Just got a mail from Pabitra on ICMR

...essentially no news about coins

The Union Health & Family Welfare Minister ShriGhulam Nabi Azad to preside over the Centenary Celebrations of Indian Council of Medical Research – release of commemorative postage stamp as also presentation of ICMR awards.  The Union Minister of Communication & Information Technology Shri KapilSibal shall be releasing the commemorative postage stamp.  The Ministers of State for Health & Family Welfare Shri S. Gandhiselvan and Shri SudipBandyopadhyay and Ministers of State for Information & Communication Technology Shri Sachin Pilot and ShriMilind Deora shall also be present on the occasion.
