Mughal Empire, Akbar, Silver Rupee, 11.35g, Mintless, Ilahi 32 / AH 995 / AD 1587, KM #91.1

Obv: Allahu Akbar

Rev: Jalle Jalalahu Ilahi 32

Deeply struck coin with ornate floral design, dotted border and lovely toning; no test marks is an added bonus!

I suppose the heated flan was still quite hot when the coin was struck. Good for you! Remarkable patina. Is it the lighting or is it really reddish?

It is ligting Peter. The coin has some durt and reddish tinge at one spot on both Obv n Rev but otherwise its in remarkable pristine condition.
