pterodactyl fossil
« on: November 27, 2019, 07:27:12 AM »
Fun story.  My Pop and I were wondering south west Arizona with our metal detectors looking for gold deposits.  Had my Kiddo with us for fun.  Very interesting past in that part of the country because during the last ice age glaciers moved threw and dropped all sorts of stuff as they melted out.  We didn’t find much in the way of gold but the Kiddo did find an amazing (we think) pterodactyl leg bone fossil.  She’s a finder!

Only if we can find it (again).  Kiddo squirreled it :-)  Have to look more.
