it reads : "Suleyman badshah Ghazi" with the sunni kalima on the other face.
I think that's a gold coin of Suleyman Mirza, cousin and rival of Akbar. (probably struck at Kabul before  he is driven out of the city by Akbar).
If I am right, it's a rarity... (a quarter of gold misqual )
