See this page in Wildwinds. The flan looks more like Calciati 90, while the counterstamp is more like Calciati 92. I guess what's happening here is that the Sicilians turned old coins into new ones with counterstamps. If the counterstamps count and the host doesn't (which seems logical to me, but not to KM), this is Calciati 92 and the reverse being blank on yours and not blank in Wildwinds is irrelevant.
