Wikipedia says that Megaris is a small but populous state of ancient Greece, west of Attica and north of Corinthia, whose inhabitants were adventurous seafarers, credited with deceitful propensities. AHA! Maybe that explains why this great fun piece is not in Wildwinds! ;D
