half rupee size coin, Afghan?

Looks dated AH 1310 but I doubt that given the style. Appears silver, 15.4mm to 16.9mm diameter, 2.51g. I can see the Mohammad which makes me think of Dost Mohammad, but the timing would be wrong. Ideas?
