I don't know if it is possible to get much out of this coin?
It has been overstruck and I recognize some leafs which could be Sikh or Afghan? But maybe it's something completely else?
Not sure how to orientate it either...
Size: 30mm
Weight: 4.32gr

nobody seems inspired, me neither...
the only word I detected is "falu.." of "falus", which is not of a great help indeed  ::)

Indeed very similar.
I didn't find the year on your coin though.
I believe size and weight of your coin are close to mine?

I actually have two of these, one is 4.9g and the 5.1g, 30mm and 33mm.
Date is at the top of the first image.

There are some similarities in style to

Afghanistan? – Numista

(not well identified) for whatever that's worth.

This one shows a part of the mintname at 4 o'clock (right picture) : " بل " of " کابل  " = Kabul
