Janghir pisces coin?

Hi guys any thoughts on this coin
It is exact die match of a coin sold on Cng.coins
Could it be casted from original.
Would like your thoughts on it
Is this possible machined if it counterfeited or even genuine?
This does not belong to me so i cant provide further pictures.

If you rotate the fish side the jagged edges are same on inner circle but worn
