Mughal (most liely an Imperial issue). Muhammad Shah. Mint Shahjahanabad (most likely). Shahib Qiran type. RY 22.

Just saw the weight that you mentioned. 10.83 g is too light for an Imperial issue. Can you please check. The RY 22 rupee has been extensively copied by various states.

Appears to match this one, described as imperial Muhammad Shah, Shahjahanabad, RY 22, 10.8 g, with title "Sahib Qiran Sani"
Zeno - Oriental Coins Database - Muhammad Shah, Rupee, Shahjahanabad,
However, I was unable to find a match in "South Asian Coins and Paper Money"

Just saw another example of this coin on another website
https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=356518
Was able to identify it, and therefore yours too, as KM 473.4
