Appears to be Muhammad Shah, RY 12, date AH 114X, where X is off the flan but probably 2 to correspond to RY 12. Similar but not identical to the coin KM 236.28, Islamabad mint, pictured in "South Asian Coins and Paper Money" by Cuhaj, 2013
