This is Akbar's Mehmudi, mint  Mulher, size 15 mm, Weight 5.47gm. I am given to understand that this mint of Akbar for Mehmudi is quite rare. Please comment

Would be much better if you trim the image before posting.

Akbars Mehmudis or Mahamudis were minted at the Mulher mint in Baglana atate, not very far from Surat and are not very difficult to find. In fact, it was the basic accounting currency for a long time.

What is difficult to find is the date on the flan, which in your coin is AH 1005. Some of them show signs like a SWASTIK etc which are a bit difficult to find.
