Zands, Karim Khan, 1174 AH, AR 6-Shahi, Mazandaran mint, (1172-1193 AH)(1753-1779 AD)
Weight 6.80 gm
Diameter 16-17 mm
Metal Silver
Obverse is the Farsi couplet: “ شد آفتاب و ماه زر و سیم در جهان/ از سکه امام بحق صاحب الزمان ”, Shod aftab-O-mah, zar-o-sim dar jahan/ az sekkee-ye Imam be-haqq Sahib-oz-Zamman, meaning: “the Sun & the Moon become gold and silver/ from the rightful Imam the owner of the time”, followed by mint at the bottom which looks like ”  Mazandaran مازندران “.
Reverse: inside a cartouche:  یا کریم ,  Ya Karim “O Gracious One” (invoking an epithet of God, but alluding to Karim Khan). The date “ 1174 ۱۱۷۴ “ is below letter “ K ک “ of the word “ Karim کریم “ at 8 O’clock.
This rare type of 6-Shahi is minted in Rasht and Mazandaran only for one year 1174 AH.

I need help on this one, Maythem. Comparing it with the coin in this thread, can't connect the two reverses. I am just after the date, though.

Thank you Peter, the two coins are different, the one in the thread has a center circle with " Ya Karim يا كريم " inside it without a date on the reverse but it is on the obverse to the left of the mint " Mazandaran مازندران ".
In the posted coin, the reverse has " Ya Karim يا كريم " inside a cartooche, and the date  “ 1174 ۱۱۷۴ “ is below letter “ K ک “ of the word “ Karim کریم “ at 8 O’clock, may be you cannot see it but I can.

That explains a lot, Maythem. I think I found one digit of the date, so the rest is indeed not visible to me.

I got the last digit, but mistook it for a four :) Thank you for your patience, Maythem.

Thank you Peter, you are right, the last digit on the right is " 4 ۴ ", which is clear.
