Akbar (1556-1605 AD), silver rupee, Akbarpur Tanda mint (partly visible), AH 974, criss-cross symbol, KM 80.3.

Definitely Akbarpur Tanda but afraid almost nothing of the mint is visible. Mint is written below the date 974AH.

I really like the patina on this coin. The writing looks almost surreal in the picture.
Now that I know where it is, I can at least read the first two digits of the date. I guess you went by the style of the calligraphy to id the mint?
