Book a trip, get a medal

Today I got a brochure about a 15-day trip to Morocco. "Regular price €1,179 - for you only €179!" Errm, well. What I found interesting, however, that they add a medal, as an incentive to book early.

Travel time is between October 2019 and April 2020 - and if you book before 30-Sep, you get a medal "worth €50" (they say that is the manufacturer's recommended price ...). Don't know about the size or composition, or what the other side looks like. But maybe I should simply be happy about the fact that the company believes people will want such a piece, instead of some plastic or app voucher.

The medal doesn't look all too bad. Minted in proof quality with a maximum mintage of 10,000 pieces. Alloy is gold plated something. Comes in a coin capsule, box and with a certificate of authenticity. I would almost consider to buy the trip.
