Just a small hint: the instrument on the coinside on the right is called a "Kithara". That should get you started in the right direction !

Looks somewhat similar to this one

The bust points the other way and the similar instrument is depicted differently, but the writing is very similar.

Perhaps this can give you a clue to tracking down your coin.

For the sake of completeness:

Rhegion, Bruttium AE 23 (your is a bit smaller, this may depend on measuring method). SNG ANS 731. McClean 1915.

Obv: Head of Artemis right in stephane (decorative wreath-like headband) and necklace of beads; bow and quiver on shoulder
Rev: ΡHΓI-NΩN, lyre of five strings.
