Dear maudry, the mint is " Mashhad مشهد ", at the bottom of first photo.
Safavids, Shah Sultan Husayn I, 1130 AH, Silver 4-Shahi, Mashhad mint (1105-1135 AH)(1694-1722 AD).
This coin is (type E), KM 291a.
In first photo, the name of the mint and date in circle as well the legend:
كلب استان على , حسين , “Kalb-e A’stan-e Ali, Husayn” , means " Husayn, the [watch] dog on the doorstep of Ali ".
The legend, kalb astan Ali, used only at Mashhad, means " the [watch] dog on the doorstep of Ali ". Ali here refers to Ali ibn Musa al-Reda who is the 8th Imam of Shiite and buried in Mashhad.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".
