token with only a portrait on both sides.
28.4 mm
copper-nickel
probably made by mauquoy in belgium.

Yes, my first impression was a bad imitation of the portrait on the Belgian euro coins. It's too big for a shopping cart token. A car wash token perhaps?

I was reminded of the Littlewoods lotto token but quite different when viewed - see here
