This token is not listed in Monnaies de Nécessité Francaises by Gadoury and Elie of which I have the first edition (1990). Three different tokens of this 84th infantry regiment are listed. A 5 and 25 c. without location and one, 5 c., from Le Quesnoy. Also in the north of France, not far from Landrecies.

The authors write: This catalog contains over 500 Military tokens. But there exist a great many that we do not yet know. As there were about 400  regiments with an estimated 5 different values of token for each, theoretically 2000 different tokens should exist.

Dear maxmissy, thank you!

One more question: CERCLE-MESS DE SOUS-OFFICIERS  can be translated as "NCO CLUB"?

Yes, NCO is the good translation
Yesterday evening I should have sent better informations, which I found this morning in French military tokens ( Elie - 2009 ) :
Landrecies is not listed, but you can find extended informations about Le Quesnoy 84° regt :

Thank you, very interesting!

After digging in the archives, I found this small booklet " History of 84° infantry regiment" describing that on 1914/08/05 the french troops left Le Quesnoy, Avesnes and Landrecies ( bingo ! ) to go to the war front.
Your token was used in Landrecies and was listed nowhere ! Nice finding !
