Denomination - Jital.
Weight - 3.6 gram.

The coin bears date in Vikrami Samvat 1289 which corresponds to AH 629.

Looks like MWI 2475 - 2476, though I guess there are more types known now than at the time the book was published. I am intrigued by the detail pictures. They look the same to me (though not the same die or punch). Why did you do this?
