Akbar. Dam. mint: Narnaul (Narnol) or later imitation??

Paisa / Dam ? (ø 17-18 mm / 20,16 g / 10-11 mm high), copper, axis (as pictured) about coin alignment ↑↓ (ca. 200°),

The right pic is illuminated from below. So you can see a lot of illuminated edge below (- don´t read this as legends).

This is one of those Dam which are provisionally attributed to the Narnaul (Narnoi) mint of Akbar but are more recently thought of as being later imitations of Akbar's coinage.

Is this a corresponding issue on Zeno - Oriental Coins Database - Akbar Dam, Narnol AH (10)04  ?



date: AH (10)04 and in words: (yak)hizar (wa chahr)

Yes. The date is (10)04. However almost nothing of the date in words is seen on the coins.
