Possibly an Indo-Scythian (Anonymous)?  I've a small gold that has been bothering me but it is a mess.  Or just chopped for the medal ;-)

Your association of small square silver with India/Indo-Scythians is a good one. Unfortunately, the script on the coin clearly is Arab. So, that places the coin at least 5 centuries later. But the fact that you start making these associations based on things you already know is a sure sign that you are developing yourself as coin attributer. Hope you will enjoy the further learning journey !

Not sure, still looking.  Could be just another chopped down coin ;-(

You are correct...I should have looked at the script more closely.  Live and learn.  Thank you!
